Terms of Use
1. Acceptance
By accessing poluneev.com or any of its subdomains (the “Site”) you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
2. Research preview - not a medical device
Poluneev tools are an early research preview. They are not approved as a medical device by any regulatory authority. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Outputs are informational only and must be reviewed by a qualified, board-certified radiologist before any clinical use.
3. No clinical reliance
You will not rely on Poluneev outputs for clinical decisions, treatment planning, or any patient-facing communication without independent verification by a licensed clinician. You assume full responsibility for any clinical decision made downstream of a Poluneev output.
4. Eligibility & permitted uses
You may use the Site if you are at least 18 years old. Permitted uses include scientific evaluation, software-engineering review, journalistic coverage, and personal exploration of how the technology works.
5. Acceptable upload content
By uploading data to the live demo you represent and warrant that:
- You have full authority to share the uploaded data and to subject it to automated processing.
- The data is anonymized at source or you accept that we perform additional PHI stripping in transit (we do this regardless).
- You will not upload malicious payloads (executables, embedded macros, decompression bombs, etc.). Our extractor enforces hard size and structure limits; abusive uploads result in immediate IP-level throttling.
6. Rate limits
The live demo enforces per-IP rate limits (20 requests / hour, 100 requests / day). Sustained abuse may result in temporary or permanent blocking. Limits may change without notice.
7. Intellectual property
The Site, the PFI Engine, the threshold definitions, the case visualisations, and all derived works are owned by Andrei Poluneev or licensed for our use. You receive no licence beyond personal, non-commercial review of outputs you generate yourself.
8. Warranty disclaimer
THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUTPUTS ARE CORRECT, COMPLETE, CURRENT, OR FREE OF ERROR.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL POLUNEEV OR ITS FOUNDER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, OR PROFITS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED USD $50.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms; the effective date above reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance.
