Privacy Policy
Poluneev (“we,” “our”) operates poluneev.com and its associated demo. This page explains what data we receive, how we handle it, and how to reach us with questions.
1. Research-only context
Poluneev is a research preview, not a medical device. Outputs are informational and must be reviewed by a board-certified radiologist before any clinical use. By uploading a study you confirm that you accept this and that you have authority to share the data.
2. DICOM uploads
When you upload a study to the live demo at poluneev.com/demo:
- The archive is transmitted over TLS to our backend.
- The backend strips standard DICOM PHI tags (patient name, ID, birth date, accession number, institution, referring physician, etc.) into a temporary scrubbed copy before inference. The original upload is deleted within seconds of receipt.
- Inference runs on the scrubbed copy. The scrubbed copy and any intermediate artefacts are deleted from temporary storage within 5 minutes of the request completing.
- We do not persist your DICOMs, derived images, or analysis results past the request lifecycle. We do not use uploaded data for model training.
3. Request logs
We log per-request metadata for operational and abuse-prevention purposes only:
- Request timestamps
- SHA-256 hash prefix of your IP address (not the raw IP)
- Endpoint, response status code, processing duration, upload size
- A randomly-generated request ID
We do not log DICOM contents, original filenames, or any patient identifiers. Logs rotate; retention is at most 7 days.
4. Cookies
Poluneev uses no tracking cookies, no third-party analytics, and no advertising tags. The site is statically served by Cloudflare Pages; Cloudflare may set a short-lived security cookie (per Cloudflare’s policy) for bot protection. We do not read or correlate it.
5. Email contact
If you email [email protected] we receive your address, message, and any attachments. We use this to reply. We don’t add you to any mailing list. Delete requests honored on receipt.
6. Third parties
The site is hosted by Cloudflare (Pages + Tunnel). The inference backend runs on Andrei Poluneev’s development workstation. No other processors receive your data.
7. Changes
We may update this policy as the product evolves; the effective date above will reflect the most recent change. Material changes will be announced on the landing page.
